Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All items purchased have a 7 day check-in warranty. Please inform us immediately if any defect is found that is not mentioned on the ad, or the item doesn’t work as stated. All returned items must be in the same condition as the picture of the ad, as we take a picture of the item and test all functionality before shipping.
Please note that if the item received is as advertised, and a refund is requested, a handling fee of 10% plus courier charges will be charged for the return.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at info@everbright.co.za. Once the return is approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and with original packaging and in the condition the item was received. We will then instruct you on the return process via email.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return, repair or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return, repair or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
